Our intimate Late Night Jazz series presents sensational music in the Royal Albert Hall’s Elgar Room.
Joining us for this special Late Night Jazz session is British singer Robert Habermann, performing the greatest songs of the magical MGM musicals, as part of our Festival of Film.
The show will also feature illuminating stories from Robert on from MGM’s humble beginnings in 1929 to their 50 year celebration in the complication film That’s Entertainment.
Having worked on the last MGM musical, Robert tells fabulous stories of stars including, Judy Garland, Gene Kelly, Fred Astaire, Frank Sinatra and many more.
The show will include many classic MGM musical numbers including Singin’ In the Rain, Gigi, Easter Parade, Meet Me in St Louis and That’s Entertainment.
