If music be the food of love… then bring that special someone to Hideaway! Join us for a Valentine’s soul session of love songs with Xtatic, lead by Paul Carmichael and featuring the fabulous vocals of Weston Foster.

We’ll also be giving you the opportunity to declare your love from the famous Hideaway stage with a few lines of poetry or even a… proposal? Don’t forget – it’s a leap year, ladies!

Weston was heavily involved in the London Brit-Funk scene back in ‘the day’ and worked with many visiting artists such as Randy Crawford, Womack & Womack, Sister Sledge and Jimmy Ruffin to name just a few. In the mid 1990s he gave up playing the drums to become a session singer. You will hear Weston’s voice on TV and radio commercials as well as on tracks from pop artists such as the Pet Shop Boys, Matt Bianco, Supergrass, Joey Negro and Heather Small.

Also joining the band tonight, and bringing his deep bluesy vibes, is the amazing saxophonist Frank Mead. He’s worked with everyone from Manfred Mann, Rhythm Kings, Gary Moore, Paul McCartney and his own group, Hard Lines.

Line Up: Paul Carmichael (Bass), Weston Foster (Vocals), Frank Mead (Sax), Rick Laughlin (Keys) and Sophie Alloway (Drums). Doors 7pm, Show 8.30pm.
