Hideaway welcomes back the Hot Orange Big Band – a fabulous twenty piece orchestra led by trombonist Richard Pywell for a top afternoon of jazz, Latin and swing for all the family!

Hot Orange big band was formed in 1995 and has established an enviable reputation for top class performances of modern jazz orchestra repertoire, mixing jazz, fusion, funk, and Latin genres. Hot Orange has performed at The Vortex Jazz Bar, the 606 Club, Camden’s The Forge, in Soho’s Jazz on The Streets Festival, in the More London Festival at The Scoop, the Victoria & Albert Museum and the Ealing Jazz Festival. Guest Artists performing with Hot Orange include noted vocalists Nina Ferro and Sarah Ellen Hughes, the award-winning LA-based smooth-jazz guitarist Richard Smith, plus the distinguished pianist, composer, and broadcaster, Julian Joseph. They’ve also had a majestic night of Latin rhythms here at Hideaway with percussion maestro Roberto Pla!
